"I’m livid!!!! I got am oil change on yesterday morning and ran a few errands then went home. This morning around 3am, not even 24hrs later, my family and I get on the road heading to Florida (a 6 hr drive). 2 hrs into the drive we turn on the heat and the car smells like gasoline!! We can’t figure out why so after another 2 hrs, we pull over, look under the hood and see that they NEVER put my oil cap back on. So hot oil has been spilling all over my engine, alternator, serpentine belt, etc this whole time! I’m surprised we didn’t have any other car issues!!! PDQ is dangerous, lazy and careless! NEVER USING THEM AGAIN"

"This place is amazing. The 1st time I went was in June. They were not able to fix the problem but referred me to who could and were incredible with working hard to figure out the issue but unfortunately my car needed to go to the dealer. I still bought it back for an oil change because the people here are amazing. I came again in september after an overheating issue and they were amazing again but unfortunately i could not afford the repairs at the time. I have since found out that it is not worth repairing as it will cost more than I have left to pay on it. I will come back here with whatever I need done on my new car. Jordan and the crew are awesome, they all work with you and let you know every step of the way what is going on."

"Came for emissions testing. I encountered 5 different staff members. They all spoke to me, and a few of them held conversations with me. I have never experienced mechanics being collectively friendly and welcoming. I was thinking to myself that PDQ must pay their employees well because everyone had a great attitude and seemed to enjoy their job. This is rare especially in these days and times. I've considered them in the past for an oil change but unfortunately they are priced out of what I care to pay for an oil change. This was my first time having them service my car at all, now I can kind of understand their higher pricing, it appears that they offer better customer service. This was definitely the most Pleasant admissions testing process I've had, simply because no one was smoking, everyone spoke to me, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Next year I will bring all four of our cars for admissions at this location. Not sure if this is their standard or if I happen to have great employees at my local PDQ."

"Easy place to get an oil change and an emission test. Repair shops usually make me uneasy but I didn’t feel this way here. Everyone was so friendly and Brandon really made my time here great. So happy I found this place and will be going back for my next oil change and for any issues I’m experiencing with my car. Highly recommend!"
