"0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND :: Took a ring to him to be sized. It's a silver ring. It took him 3 weeks because he "completely forgot about it", then when my boyfriend went to pick it up he charged $80 because he "added so much silver". Now, silver is roughly $24 a full ounce, soooooooo I KNOW it wasn't the price of the silver. When the ring got back to me it was totally messed up. The band was thinner, and the black had somehow just DISAPPEARED from the ring. I've been burned by jewelers before so I weighed the ring before taking it to him. It weighed 9.7 grams going in and 9.7 grams coming out. So now it's been sized but he "added silver"? I think not. When I confronted him about the weight and how those the ring was sized nothing was added he said "well I didn't weigh it first". When I asked what he did to take the black off he claimed that he'd only used a professional cleaner and that the pictures I was showing him were a different ring!! No duh dude, you messed my ring up! He's the reason it's a different ring. What did he offer as consolation you ask? To replace one of the black diamonds he KNOCKED OUT using a dang pressure washer to clean my ring. Do not, I repeat do NOT give this man your business. His prices are way too high for the items he's selling and too high for any sort of repair. He's ripping people off left and right. Picture on the left is the ring I took him which he said was a different ring. Picture on the right is (while still a pretty ring) the one he gave back with all the black embellishments AND a diamond missing."

"I had called Movado to inquire about having my beautiful watch serviced. They don’t do that, I’d have to ship my watch off to NJ for weeks and it was going to cost a small fortune. I called All About Watches at North GA Premium Outlet mall and the owner was very nice. Stopped by to have my watch repaired and was finished in 20 min (with a warranty)at a fraction of the cost of sending it off! Kevin the owner is very knowledgeable and so nice! So happy to know about his shop! It’s rare these days to find such pleasant customer experience. I hope folks continue to patronize his business so he can continue to serve our community!
