"Extremely friendly, attentive, informative, Competitively priced, and best of all did high quality work on my Kia Stinger GT2 and Honda Accord. I don't trust any shop with my vehicles but Grease Monkey is a well managed and they are very accommodating. They did not have the filters in stock for mine and my wife's car but they had them delivered asap and installed immediately upon arrival. They even promised that the filter would be in stock for the next time I need an oil change. They explain and show you if an item is needed and also the Manufacture recommendations without being a "pushy upsell". What impressed me most is that they did not put the proverbial out of date 3,000 mile next oil change sticker on my window like most shops do and instead had the more realistic and manufacture recommended next oil change interval. Also, being the first oil change I have done with this vehicle they noted that the drain plug was stripped out and replaced it with a new one and informed me about it promptly and that whoever changed it before was not torquing it correctly. This is why I don't like going to most quick lube places due to inexperienced mechanics and "speed vs quality'. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local and detailed shop they can trust!!"
