"My iPhone died on me when I tried to replace the battery but my myself. And the Apple told me to bring my phone next Friday to repair it, they can't help me schedule appointment any time earlier than that, the battery plus helped me out! I got my screen replaced and home key back to work again! But do remember to select the location, I scheduled my appointment at the east-west connector location first and was informed their technician wasn't there... the douglasville shop is very good, and Manny has the magic touch to fix my home button. Highly recommended!"

"I had a battery replaced and that was not a problem. Customer service was terrible. I made an online appointment and according to the ads it should take about 1 hour. When I got there at the scheduled time and was checking my phone in, the clerk had to stop what he was doing several times to answer the phone and assist the phone customer and just left me waiting . Then the man that does the repairs said he had to see if he had the battery. ( I would have thought that would have been done three days prior when i made the appointment ) I was then told it would not be finished for 2 hours. I questioned the amount of time and was told making an appointment does not guarantee that it will be worked on at the appointment time, it just means a repair technician will be in the store. I had to drive 20 miles to go to this store thinking I would not have to wait 2 hours to get it done. They should make it clear on appointment scheduling what it means. Any place else I do business at that schedules an appointment it means you get the service you are paying for at the time you request. I think they call that good customer service! Even though I am satisfied with the work they did I would not recommend this business to anyone"
