"This was the worst place I have been to! I got my oil change done here in December 2023. The manager, Lee was incredibly rude. When I first pulled up, I was the only customer and he asked me why I came there, I said to get an oil change. His reply was there are other places that do oil changes. For the first 10 minutes he was on the phone yelling at someone about a paycheck and that someone was going to get fired. If I had not felt sick I would have left right then, but I stayed. He had me go in the waiting room and then told me I needed full synthetic oil. Which he told me would be $99.00. I told them I had a coupon for the oil change and a multi point inspection, they told me they did not know what I meant by a multi point inspection, they did not accept my coupon. The manager came into the waiting room with a filter which clearly had an abundance of oil sludge. He accused me of not having my oil changed. I felt like he was trying to shame me. In fact my son had been doing my oil changes. He then told me I would need to have an engine flush done. I agreed not knowing that it would cause the oil sludge to cycle through my engine. For all of this I paid $176.00. Lee told me the engine flush did not work and he would have to document it. That Monday I had someone at my job check my oil because my vehicle was making an awful sound. My oil was full of sludge. The end result, I had to get another vehicle. I will NEVER go back to that place again."

"I was here today (January 26, 2024) I misunderstood the manager when I asked for the price of an oil change. It was MY mistake, but he gave me a discount anyway. I REALLY appreciated that. The woman working at the front desk (I really wish I got her name) was wonderful! I felt really stupid for not hearing the right price but she went out of her way to assure me it wasn't a big deal. She was so kind! That goes a long way in a world that has drastically forgotten how important being kind to each other is. Thank you guys so much!!!!"

"Lee and his team were very helpful. They were able to change my oil and do the maintenance on my car and change some of the lights that had gone out. Lee was even kind enough to let me know that my headlight wasn't out, it was merely disconnected and not to worry about being charged for that. I appreciated the service."
