Below is why I’m very satisfied with the service overall: 1. 5 star reviews on Google with pictures as proofs. 2. Conveniently located INSIDE of the shell station in front of the Publix. 3. The store is clean and organized, well lit. 4. The business has a website allows you to book your appointment, which makes it very professional and well organized. 5. The business owner is very very good with communicating via texts and phone, responds quick with what he can do and scheduling updates. Full transparency so you are always I the known. 6. Very accommodating, and he did not force to push to sell products, only recommendations related to the device. 7. Life time warranty on his work and parts. 8. Print out receipts with all information listed. 9. He tested the ipad functions to make sure everything is working before we left the store. I hope I don’t have to come back to fix another device, however if I do, I will be back!"
