"From the initial phone call through driving away this was a great experience. James and Rose have excellent customer service skills, are responsive, the work done was very good and at a reasonable price. I particularly liked being able to discuss issues with James and receiving a call back to discuss what he had found and the way forward. Rose's handling of the initial call going through my needs and the call back reminder were top notch. Friends will be maintaining my car from here on out. A bonus is that all business is conducted through the plexiglass protected front desk (see photo) to protect customers and staff. The only down side - a little wait to get an appointment. There is a reason for that and it's worth the wait."

He's the most honest, friendly and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. Make sure you call ahead and schedule an appointment because they are always booked. They won my business based on their honesty... J is the only mechanic who told me exactly what was wrong with my car without adding extra things to fix and offered an affordable price... awesome guy."
