"Called at 10pm with water leak, walked me thru how to turn it off. 1100am appt next day. Called to say he could be there earlier if that was ok. Nate then spent hours above and beyond fixing my leak and helping me find what was causing it. Previous company failed to fix and cranked temp from 125 to 150 scalding temps. Pipes didnt like that and developed a leak. He got my house and water heater back to where it needs to be. Spend the hour of cure time educating me on my DIY. Nate was a pro. Took the bad taste from previous plumber away. I wont need to look any farther for next plumbing job."

I called them again with a drain problem and they were willing to send someone out that evening, but since the drain wasn't completely clogged I really didn't need service that fast so they sent a tech out the next morning.
