"Received super poor service and an attitude from kid in the back when I kept asking if my screen repair was done after over 3.5 hours. He and the young girl working at the same station on the same screen with piles of repairs sitting around- why else would it take so long? Maybe I should have been more thankful they worked on my phone. Is this location always understaffed? Kid out front was trying hard but couldn't overcome the indifference from the back room. I had the first appt of the day and should have been done in less than an hour- thankfully almost 4 hours later and was able to get on with my day."

"The service was great and they fixed the problem with my old phone so they could transfer the data from my old phone to my new phone. It is a busy place so I had to wait a while on each visit for help. Just know that before you go. Otherwise I am pleased with the Tucker office. Nice job!"
