"Another great experience yesterday with Nail Heating & Air Conditioning! I got a new system from them last summer and yesterday's visit was for system maintenance. They are conscientious about appointment set up as they had sent me a postcard reminding me to call to set up an appointment. I work for a CPA firm and hadn't had a chance to do that yet with tax season just being over, so they called a couple of weeks ago to book that appointment. I appreciated that! They called yesterday to let me know the tech was on his way. Ben arrived timely and could not have been a more pleasant or knowledgeable young man. Ben is a great asset to their company. He had been to my house a few times when he was in training, but he came by himself yesterday and did a great job! I am extremely pleased with Nail Heating & A/C from the people in the office to every visit they have made to my home. I will recommend (and DO recommend!!)
