"Doesn't answer the phone number one. The big guy with tattoos, the owner, is rude. Its's a shame that this guy has the privilage to be a parts distributor. Guy always complained he doesnt have enough business. After my last two transactions, i can see why. Nobody wants to deal with a rude business, especially when he's not the only bike shop in Griffin. Also, nobody wants to deal with a ripoff either, one of my parts was marked up 300%. You can check prices yourself, as i did, call around chances are you'll find it cheaper. I wouldn't let this guy touch my bike."
