"Well add says 39.95 charged me 59.95 and told me washing machine was done bad motor not worth fixing after staring at I. 10 minutes. After further review called whirlpool sent man out 15 minutes later washing machine is working fine! Was a bad capacitor!!! If you can’t work on it say you do t know get in your truck and go home geese not that hard!! Just say sorry guy I can’t work on this model!! Anyway would like my 59.95 back unless you need it !!! I’ll add to this a whirlpool repair guy came out bad capacitor was what was leaking I have it here in my hand sir so yes you did bother to look you felt under washer and assumed it was motor so back to top I’m done no reply needed thank you greatly for your service job well done Pat Pat !!"

"Fantastic service, family-owned, friendly, efficient, professional, competent, honest, great value! I called after 5:00 p.m., and Eric was at the house at 9:30 a.m. the next day (had scheduled for noon but was able to come early due to a cancelation). I requested service on the washing machine and dishwasher. He fixed the washing machine in about 10 minutes. He looked at the dishwasher, explained what needed to be replaced, and advised me that the repair wasn’t worth the cost. He also looked at the ice maker (which I hadn’t originally requested but mentioned when he was there) and did the same. When I booked the service, he explained the service call charge for each item if not repaired, so I was prepared to pay for the dish washer and ice maker, but he only charged me for the washing machine repair, which was also less than I expected it to be. He was in and out in an hour. All told, I spent 1/3 of what I thought I would and felt confident that he did good work and gave honest advice. I will definitely call AAAS for any appliance repairs and recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, Eric!"

"I gave 2 stars because the company was professional and polite. My refrigerator was not working. The repair man came quickly and was nice. He looked at my refrigerator for about 4 minutes and looked up the serial # and stated I need to unplug it. I told him I already did that and I defrosted it. He assured me it would work and collected my $50. It did not…. I would have paid to have it fixed but I do not believe he was capable. Updated appliances may require an updated tech. Should have reached out to a bigger company."

"This is the second time that Eric has come out, on time, friendly knowledgeable, and honest. So he explains what’s going on and honestly tells me, just put fewer clothes in the washer, no sense in paying $200 for a new belt every time. Mainly he unfroze my refrigerator and talked to me about replacing it. He gave me the option of repair or just fix (I just fixed). Really overall, aside from friendly, on time, knowledgeable, it was the honesty that makes me feel confident in his service."
