"I dropped off my hand held blower for repair. I was advised up front that it would be up to 3 weeks before they could get to it. No problem - in fact, I appreciated being told that so that I could decide between leaving it there or taking it elsewhere. As it turned out, my blower was ready for pick up on the 21st day after I dropped it off. The problem they found with it was an electrical short, so you always have to respect a technician that can quickly diagnose that kind of issue. The total charge for the repair was very reasonable. All in all, a very good customer experience."

The gentleman at D&T picked up my mower, repaired it, tuned it up for me, and returned it within the same week. The pricing for the work was very reasonable and the customer service was awesome. "Excellent and honest customer service.. something rare these days! We had work done on our Husqvarna mower and were very satisfied! Yes we were placed on a wait list and estimated time was 3 weeks but within a week and half we were called to bring in the mower. We had excellent customer service with both people we encountered . He was given carte blanche to get the mower right including wheels and belts if needed.. a week later they called... the mower was ready and we were shocked... HOW HONEST they were... telling us we did NOT need a new belt but a new pulley, the tires were good and did not need to be replaced.. he did all the usual maintenance and we left feeling good as we were NOT ripped off and in our opinion had an honest hard working local business who gave 'us" what we expected! Kudos .. we will be back!"
