"I was extremely happy with the service that Mr. Appliance and in particular Joey Westbury gave us on trying to fix our wall unit double oven. He did everything he could to get it fully operational again. He was able to get it working to a point that we could use the oven again but due to an improper installation when the unit was installed we were unable to fix the bottom unit since the oven is an older unit with limited parts available to service the unit. They tried multiple options to try and get the entire unit fully functional. Unfortunately it just couldn't happen due to the lack of parts for my specific unit. They made multiple trips and did everything they could to save us money but get our oven operational again. I am extremely happy with their service and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone who is needing service on any major appliance."
