"Ordered dishwasher from Frigidaire and selected 12/7/23 as a delivery date. Received message delivery would be confirmed a day or two before, additionally I would relieve a call 15-30 minutes prior to the delivery on the date of delivery that they were on there way. I heard nothing. I do not live at the delivery address. On 12/11/23, without any communication, the dishwasher was delivered, unknown to me. The following day, 12/12/23, the delivery company texted me hope everything went ok with the delivery. What? What delivery. Wow"

"Horrible company. Had then assigned by a manufacture to repair a appliance. Showed up an hour late. Repair person looked at the appliance as if it was me looking at an airplane engine and with 2 minutes came up with diagnose. Said it would take a couple of days to get the part from manufacture specially because he had the same problem in another appliance the day before... Its been a month, we have not heard back from anybody, and when you try to reach then, good luck.... I am glad I did not have to pay then, as appliance was under warranty, so don't waste your time..."
