"Bait and Switch. I have used Honda Carland Service in the past; with satisfactory results. So, when the check-engine light came on my 2011 HONDA, and I couldn't decipher the reason, I took the van to them for a diagnostic. This review is not about the over-priced diagnostic fee ($180) just to plug in their PC to my car; but what happened AFTER I agreed to the service. For the uninitiated, the diagnostic fee will be applied to any repair service; sort of a guarantee that you will have them repair the vehicle. AFTER I signed the paperwork (agreeing to the $180 fee), I left the service center. About an hour later, I received a text from the service "writer"; letting me know his direct line number and letting me know I can reach out for any information. Later, I also received a text stating that ANY debit or credit card usage would incur a 3% service charge. What?? The Mastercard and VISA service agreements clearly state that, while service fees are allowed, they must be disclosed BEFORE any service. Honda Carland doesn't want to let you know that until AFTER they have you agree to the service. What a rip off. Obviously, a way to pad their bottom-line by an additional 3%. I paid my bill; as I always do. However, I will NEVER use Honda Carland again, for any service. Buyer beware!"

"I went to Carland service center for the 1st time 2 weeks back as I was due for oil change. I have been prompt on my car service and my car is in top condition. The service center guy came back to me saying there might be a possible oil leak and I should run a diagnostic which will take upto 6-7 hours and will cost me 170$. Luckily for me I had other important stuff that day and I decided to do the diagnostics some other day for two week I have been checking the oil levels and it seems to be alright. But turns out the clip of the glove compartment is broken which was not till I took for servicing. I have asked them to clean the cabin filter they might have broken it then. I feel the oil diagnostics was a cover up for the glove compartment clip they broke. As parts of 2016 model was there at their location. This was my first time there and will be the last time too"
