"I don’t usually leave public reviews except for really good or really bad places. A very professional outfit that is quite proficient with German cars. The admin staff here is very polite, courteous and professional, and the service staff is quite efficient …. they also accommodate requests, i.e., they called and asked if they could keep my car overnight for a specific fix that it needed and I mentioned that I needed the car for work the next morning, they ensured that it got done the same day rather than having me bring it back another day. I know my car is in good hands with them. The only downside to GCR, if i had to cite one, is that they don’t seem to have appointments available for a couple of weeks out, but in some sense that could count as a positive endorsement too. Net-Net - the peace of mind is priceless ! ~g"
