"DO NOT go to this place. They are a complete scam. Took my Apple Watch to get my screen fixed and they initially told me it would take only 3 to 4 days, two weeks went by without even a follow up from them until I called them and it was “all of a sudden” ready. When I went to pick it up, they gave it back to me with glue all over the sides, and slightly lifted, which is NOT how they received it! When I questioned it there, they told me everything should be fine and if it pops off to bring it back. Two hours later, the screen pops off. I take it back to this location and they informed me that I can take it to the ANOTHER location - Kennesaw to be exact, to have them try to reglue it there after I said I wanted to speak to a manager. They try to protect them selves by throwing around that all products have a warranty, but it doesn’t help if you never resolve the issue in the first place or made it worse from when you came in. The customer service is completely trash and a waste of time - you’re better off taking your needs elsewhere."

"I have used Owl at least 4 or 5 times to repair my and my family’s phones - eg, replace broken screens, replace batteries, repaired a non-functioning power button, etc. Their work is first rate, their prices are very reasonable, and they get it done promptly."
