"They came out to fix the dryer belt that was broken. They said they had just about every belt but mine on the truck. Needless to say I was disappointed. I Told them I was disappointed that they had every model but mine. They answered that to have every belt with them would require an 18 wheeler. When I pointed out the discrepancy between the two statements they got upset. You either have every belt but mine or you only have have a few. Can’t have both They appeared to get angry and left. I presume that they are not going to order the part and return Good news, it made me look up how to do the belt repair myself. It appears fairly easy so I ordered the part myself and will install it I’d recommend the owner discuss with the technicians not to make two opposite statements as it will only cause angst for the homeowners, not comfort"
