My technician Dennis was courteous, professional and thorough. He identified the problem, showed me what needed to be repair, repaired the part on my freezer in a neat, clean and timely manner. Then he had me test the operation of the mechanism and made sure it was to my satisfaction. He explained the invoice and warranty.
