"I sent in my penn battle reel in February for repairs and they sent it back in October. If you send anything to them make sure they tell you upfront that it takes almost a year to fix a reel. They will take your reel and not even give you a call to warn you that parts are on back order, when asked why they didn’t communicate this they said “ we are too busy to call”"

"Great company with what they do with their ministry. However, poor customer service and they do not stand behind their commitments. I brought them a bunch of reels to be cleaned. I was expecting them to be completed by a specific time as I am about to go on a 8 week tournament marathon. I am very disappointed that they will not be completed within their committed time frame."
