"I walked in expecting to be told my phone was not repairable (it literally had a hole in it exposing the inside); however, I was surprised to learn that it could in fact be repaired! Rick was great explaining about the repair and told me it would take 2-3 hours. I walked a few doors down to Starbucks and within 30 minutes received notification it was completed! "Wow, the guys in here are so nice, so knowledgeable and so upfront about work and cost. The counter guy (wish I remembered his name) even carried a heavy computer from my car for me. After work was done, the two workers repacked the computer back in the box and loaded it in my car. They did a complete set up on brand new computer so it was plug in ready for my grandson for Xmas. The cost was even less than originally quoted because they found a coupon to apply for discount! So damn nice!!
