"The two people who I spoke to on the phone were incredible. Kim(?) went above and beyond to try to track me down when State Farm provided them with the wrong number for me. Todd was great too. However, the experience of getting my windshield replaced was extremely different. I found Mike to be very unfriendly and just borderline rude. He also slammed my van door very loudly, and wouldn't shake my hand when we were done. The job was also not done very well. The previous windshield had a wide piece of rubber trim on the top. When he replaced the windshield, the new piece he used was about 3 times thinner. I don't know much about windshields but not sure if that thin, cheap piece of trim will even work properly. But at the very least, it is very cosmetically ugly because the thin strip does not cover up the rust that got under where the thicker strip was. Very disappointed and will not use them again."
