"Steven was excellent "All Around". though my window was 1-3 pm, he sent a text letting me know he would arrive around 1:30, and he did. He was knowledgeable related to the work I was interested in having done...Communicated he would offering me a few options for the work..Confirmed my "Limited" knowledge about the option I was looking for and stated he would go back and pull up the floor plans for the home I was in (I provided the builder name and Model of home). He said he needed to do some calculations for the options he would provide...Also mentioned to added value of being a Costco Executive member and the benefits that would apply should I choose one of the estimates he would send to my email. He checked to be sure my email was correct (it actually was not) and changed the information to be sure I would get his quotes. Very professional and courteous and did not waste any time. All of my service providers should be this way, though I have found it VERY RARE lately. I am very impressed and Thank you for not holding up my other day plans...."

"The technician Tommy Shanks was amazing. There were some challenges with the small amount of space that he had to work in while removing the old unit that was fit tightly into a small space, but he didn't complain. He was very professional, courteous and thoughtful. Because of the tight space he moved some of my personal furniture out of the way to make sure that nothing was disturbed. He left everything very neat. I struggled with making the decision on what company to use, but Tommy made me feel very comfortable and at ease that I made the right choice going with Cool Air. "I had a Lennox Mini split installed in my sunroom today. Julio Medrano Was the technician and he did a great job. I liked how he kept me informed as the work was being installed. He had to run wire from my old system to the newly installed mini split. The wire was run very neatly. When he was done he cleaned up after himself and moved back all my furniture. He was very pleasant and professional."
