"My hot water heater went out and I called Roto-Rooter to have someone come take a look. I had no idea that my heater was 26 years old! Violin came out and quickly assessed the issues. I opted to have the unit replaced. Violin and team purchased and installed the new unit the same day. Considering that this was a crawlspace install, I was very impressed it was completed in one day. I now have a higher capacity tank with better water pressure. Excellent service!"
