"This was the worst experience ever. This ordeal has been going month over a dishwasher. We had the repairman Victor come in and he assessed the the dishwasher and said he would get back to us saying he may need a part and never got back to us. We called back and he never returned our calls which we called repeatedly, finally we find out from someone at the call center they are waiting on a part that arrived a week ago, but never heard back from anyone about this. No communication whatsoever. Finally a rude response from Victor to my wives phone saying she needed to keep up about the status with the service through our homebuyer warantee. We called them, they tried figuring this out, reached out to BB, got no response. This again, after a whole month ordeal with no communication and already paying the company for the service. This company is a complete ripoff and this contractor should not have a job for the way he treats the customers. I highly recommend staying away from this company at all costs because in the end you will have lots of headaches and your appliance will not get fixed. We finally had to go elsewhere and they are coming tomorrow like a good company should, not like a rip-off company that BB is."
