"Don’t do it. Please don’t do it. Fee to diagnose is cheap but dude took my TV and had it for over two months with little to no communication. I’m telling you, calling him was the worst and it’s just too frustrating. Now I did get my TV back. He couldn’t fix it and I do feel as if his rationale was accurate which is why I’m giving it two stars but never in my life would I advise anyone to go."

"Called a repair shop back in mid March to repair my Sony Bravia 65" TV. They gave me the run around for almost two months before I decided to look for other places in my area. I was able to come into contact with Mr. Clem Friday Apr. 28, 2023. I told him everything that was going on with the TV over the phone, and he told me that he would arrive the next morning for the diagnosis. He was very punctual, arriving that next morning within the time frame that he had stated. His attitude throughout the process was friendly and respectful. He is also very knowledgeable in his craft. He determined that the main board in the TV had gone bad. After the diagnosis, I paid him the 60 dollar fee for coming out and he told me that he would have the part by sometime that next week. The part arrived that Monday, and Clem made sure to notify me as soon as it was available. After hanging up the phone with him, he was out to install the part on that same evening. My TV has been working flawlessly so far and he did the work much faster and for far less than what the original repair company I contacted had quoted me. He also gave me a 3 month warranty if anything were to go wrong. I can say that I'm extremely impressed with Clem’s work. Satisfied customer, 10/10 would recommend!"
