Not 5 stars…. 10…. No 20! ✨ These guys work their bums off, rain or shine, freezing or hot! Wonderful!! On top of each interaction we have had they’ve been so so so kind! Plus, free waters for the road? 10/10 always recommend them! We will be back, of course!!"

"Had a bad previous experience at this particular location(Hiram) about 8 months prior and I wasn’t sure about taking another vehicle there again. With hesitation, I decided to give them one last try. I was pleasantly surprised. The tech, Jaylen, was very professional, and explained everything in detail, as I had come to expect from previous visits. The difference this time though, was that I did not feel pressured into taking a particular service, or feel like I was not being heard because I was a female. Also, “Take5” did not turn into “take 45.” Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. I was told that this location is under new management, and I could see a difference. Better service, better experience, and I will be back!"
