"I am mixed here. there are some decent and friendly people who work here, and the prices are okay. But more attention needs to be paid on the free inspection stuff when the oil gets changed. That stuff is IMPORTANT! While some things that were checked and needing service were pointed out to me and will be done, some there some other places. Some things were NOT checked. They said the customer oky'd the windshield wipers, yet no words were spoken about it to this customer! Both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter were marked as 'OK', but they were not! I recently purchased this car and bought it in for an oil change and to get it checked out, because who knows when things were done last by the previous owner. I had also purchased new engine and cabin air filters to change myself. That afternoon when I arrived home, I got to work on the vehicle. Starting with the air filters which could not have possibly been checked. They were absolutely filthy & full of debris in needed of changing. This is important maintenance and it's a money maker for them to do, so why the heck weren't they checked along with a few other things that were 'overlooked' as part of the service? What was done was done well but what was ignored was NOT COOL for me, my vehicle nor Express Oil.... ..... To the stores response: Did you bother to actually read this review??? You are NOT my shop of choice and with the ignorance of your response to this review, I trust you even less!"
