"If I could give zero stars, I would. To know me is to know that I'm the person who will ask to speak to the supervisor so I can give credit for good customer service. I can count on one hand in my 41 years that I've complained to a supervisor about anything. 123 Appliance Repair was sent out by GE to fix a dishwasher issue. The rep came, took my dishwasher apart, and said he found the problem. It took over a month to get the part, but when the part arrived, it was wrong. Another 2 weeks go by, the part comes in and isn't a fix. The rep claims to have called GE to replace the dishwasher. That was July. I kept calling the company and they would say there was no update Finally, I called GE to find the request had never been submitted. All this time, my dishwasher was not hooked up, pieces were disconnected , and parts were hanging. Luckily, an ACTUAL GE rep came in. He asked me what happened to the dishwasher, and I told him. He spoke with the 123 Appliance rep who denied all of it claiming it was that way when he got there. When asked for pics for proof, he stumbled all over himself. 123 Appliance refused to come fix their error. Luckily GE fixed everything within 3 weeks. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Didn't come the 1st day they were supposed to saying Frigidaire didn't meet the requirements to send some to my area. Then evidently scheduled another appointment without notice so I was not home. I got a VM saying to call back in 5 minutes and when I did was put on hold. Then 2 weeks later I received a message reminding me of yet another appointment so canceled my plans for the day. This day I missed a call from them as I had stepped away from my phone. They left another VM saying to call back within 5 minutes which I did and again put on hold for 25 minutes at which point I hung up. Fortunately for me I decided to call Frigidaire again and report how horrible the service is with this company so they are sending someone from a different company out. Wish that I could give zero stars."

"BEWARE DO NOT USE chose someone else in your manufactures list. Sent technician out but he never uploaded pics. Name is Robert. Nice enough but if he can’t finish job I sure hope the 60 day old frididaire didn’t pay 123 yet. Now we, nor Lowe’s, nor frididaire can get them on the phone. Looks like a pattern with 123 according to the other reviews. If frididaire won’t give us an RA#, my next call is an attorney and I will name 123 in a suit. May not get anywhere but hopefully it will be close to the hassle we have had just trying to get someone in the phone. Time wasted on my part is soooo very expensive. They are about to find out. As I’m currently on hold again at 45 min for the 10th time. All being logged.just like everyone else. Too bad there isn’t a zero rating. Or a begayive# as they would most definitely be getting that!"

"The previous reviews are very accurate! I called them back on July 17, 2023 to have my Samsung electric dryer looked at. They were able to schedule an appointment on July 20, 2023 at a certain time. The technician, Robert Santana, did show up on time and within a few minutes "diagnosed" my issue as being a control board that needs to be replaced. He said usually it takes a few days for the part to come in, but it might be on back order and take a few weeks. I said ok that's no problem. A few days went by and then a few weeks went by, I decided to give them a call. The lady answered the phone and she was so called "genuinely" expressing concern and said we will see if we can reach out to the merchant and ask them to speed up the process on having your part expedited. She mentioned we will call you back on or before August 20, 2023 and I said ok. That was a Sunday and no phone call was received before or the day of. I decide to call them today, Monday August 21, 2023, the lady answered the phone, asked me for my address and in the middle of giving her my address, she decided to hang up in my face. I called back and the phone just rung, rung, rung, and then eventually voicemail. I spoke with Samsung about the issue and trying to have their service removed from the website! I DON'T recommend anyone using this service company. If you look up the information as far as location on the Samsung website, it is housed out of their house."
