David went through a tedious process just to access the right areas (unit was horribly designed) and accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue. "They closed at 8pm, I called at 8:10… they called back a minute later and scheduled a time to come out for the next day! I know people can’t always do that… but this is also New Years Eve! On a Sunday!!! They said they’d be here at 11, they came right on time. It is now 11:38, as I am writing this review. He was professional, organized, and clean. He had asked for the model and serial number, beforehand, and had the expected parts all ready. I cannot praise him enough. I am so thankful to have a working oven and beyond grateful for the fast and affordable fix. All around excellent service. He will be my go to guy from now on! Thank you so much!!!"
"Dimitri was very professional from the first phone call. He scheduled a time, and I had a conflict come up that morning, and he worked with me. He got straight to work, and politely told me that the dishwasher repair would be more costly than a new one. He also helped with a microwave door latch replacement. I felt his prices were reasonable. I really appreciate his help, and will call on him again. Thank you."
