"I contacted this business 8 months ago because the water dispenser/ice maker wasn't working on my refrigerator and they're website says they do free diagnosis which I found out the day of meant paying $100 up front and they would deduct it from the price of service. They ordered the part and I waited... 30 days, no part... 60 days... no part... it's on backorder from the manufacturer.. I wait a few more months because I understand supply chain is an issue for everyone right now, but when I reached out this time they told me that the part is no longer made. My refrigerator is 2 years old, I find it highly unlikely that it is simply unfixable because no one makes parts that fit it. I should have known better than to trust a business with so few reviews on here, live and learn I guess."
