Don’t be deceived by their sneaky, criminal ways. Notice how they suddenly get an influx of five star ratings directly challenging the truthful one star ones right after. Management is covering their own selves. Absolutely shameful and disgusting. Horrible business."

"The girls in the office - Celenia, Vernne, and Tiffany are very helpful! They made me feel welcomed and greeted me in the office. Maintenance team is always fast and efficient. Great amenities and gym is 24/7. Apartments are spacious and well maintained."

"Dakota Mill Creek has an excellence location. Every type of store, banks and restaurant is within walking distance. The apartments are clean, renovated, spacious, and quality. Overall it's been a fantastic place to live. I really love my apartment, the office staff are great, it's a friendly community, I never feel unsafe. Their maintenance staff is quite proficient and responds quickly to repair requests. Appliances are top quality brands including washer/dryer, and microwave, something often missing in other apartment complexes. I love the gym. It has what I need to get my workout in. There are a very nice pool facility with many space for enjoy the sun and some area for rest in the shadow. The playground isn't big but is excellence for the small children and the tennis court is fair and necessary to enjoy playing there. Overall, I recommend this property to someone who looking for safe, clean, quiet place."
