"I lived in Tailor O4W for over 3 years so I feel like I got the full spectrum of the good and bad. While very expensive, the location is amazing, the complex is beautiful and the apartments have great layouts and updated features. The amenities appear great at first but come with a lot of restrictions that ultimately confine you from actually being able to use a lot of them. The cost to reserve the clubroom is astronomical, the rooftop, gym and clubroom have very limited hours and security will kick you out if you are there even a moment past "curfew", the wine machine that seems so appealing cant be used in the evening and has ONE complex wide key fob to use it so it never seems available and the Fetch packing service is AWFUL. They have lost packages of mine, delayed deliveries because of processing times, and made it generally difficult to have packages from work (who often send packages unexpectedly or want to use the official address on file with HR) or anyone unexpected to be sent. The complex is WAY too expensive for so many limitations. While I am not sure I could recommend Tailor O4W based off of this information alone it is the management that has been the most difficult to deal with. I want to start by saying the staff is generally very nice and kind and as helpful as they can be although turnover seems too high to actually get to know most of them. When I moved in initially the manager was amazing. He was friendly and helpful and seemed very customer oriented. This all changed when the apartment switched ownership and the current manager took over. The current manager was awful. His name is Taye and I honestly am not totally sure how he got the job there. He is young, unprofesional and has a pretty severe complex. He seems nice on the surface and makes a nice spectacle of caring when prospective residents are touring or corporate is around but his actions make his words seem insincere at best. He lords amenities over the residents like a parental figure, cares FAR more about the look of the complex (which I have stated is very nice) than the actual people living there, and he is so frustratingly unresponsive that it is impossible to get actual help with most things, which the staff typically needs his approval or assistance to do. He seems in over his head for the job he holds. The rent invoices are constantly incorrect, it is hard to get major issues like AC and leaks fixed, and yet you can be fined at the drop of a hat for just about anything. The limited parking is also a massive issue and although I (and others) had paid and registered our cars still received booting threats and errors that the manager took a long time to correct. The parking is a nightmare when the complex is more full and youre in constant danger or being towed in your own home. Dont even think about having more than 2 people over or someone in from out of town because there is no space and they will pay an arm and leg in parking to visit. I have come back late at night to NO spots available and I have actually had friends booted. The living experience might have been better if the management was different but as it is I cannot recommend Tailor O4W. Dont be baited by the look or the fake salesmanship by the manager Taye early on. That will not last."

"Jackie is the best, she is very helpful. I can remember this one time it was close to quitting time and I needed some help with a project. She went out of her way to help me get it completed. We didn't finish until 40 minutes later and she wasn't upset about it, she just said "Well at least now traffic on the way home wont be terrible. That's what is so special about, she's a glass half fill kinda woman. Thank you Jackie for being a great human being."

Working with Jackie makes our job so much easier, with an ever changing, minute by minute field. She is quick to walk units, give us the important information that we need to get things done in a timely manner. Tailor OFW is lucky to have her on their Team and we consider her an extension of our team."
