"I had a decent experience my first year but a not-so-great experience my second year. Unfortunately, the office dropped the ball pretty heavily during my lease transfer because of how they mishandled my information and lack of coordination. My move date was pushed back 3 times, resulting in me living out of moving boxes. During this time, I repeatedly asked for basic communication about pricing and documentation and incurred moving cancellation fees since I had to cancel movers at the last minute on three separate occasions. Twice because there were damages in the unit due to negligence of prior inspection. While this experience was unfortunate, the maintenance team and property manager worked swiftly to remediate the damages in the unit. I was able to finally move in but I wish my experience had not turned sour due to these events."

"I’ve been living here a year and I love it. I haven’t had any major issues with my unit and the community is peaceful and quiet. Transfer process started out rocky, however Kenny and Alaya swooped in and saved the day. I have been here a year and did not want to leave so I decided to transfer into another unit. They made the process as smooth as possible."

"Around the holiday season, packaging became a major problem. Packages were missing, communication between carrier, the leasing office and resident was honestly horrible. Jae, who I met a couple of weeks back while visiting the leasing office, was able to successfully locate my package although I had already order another one. He was very apologetic for inconvenience caused. I found out he was a new leasing specialist, so I especially appreciated him for taking my concern seriously. He took the initiative to get to know me and ask me about my experience living with AMLI which has been good overall. Additionally, in an effort to resolve the situation, he offered to speak with the property manager on your behalf to explore the possibility of crediting my account. I told him that I preferred to have a Lindbergh coffee canteen instead since my item didn’t cost much, lol which he actually did give me. I'm impressed with his customer service skills, how quickly he was able to address my concerns, and how attentive he was. Thanks Jae"

"I started living in this neighborhood starting summer 2022. If I were to rate it when I just moved in, it will definitely NOT be a five star: the old management team is not professional or friendly and almost turned down our application. However, we have a new management team summer 2023 and the experience is improved a lot. Kenny and Alaya from leasing office have been helpful with our new lease and they are very friendly. We have the same maintenance team since we move in and they are definitely 5-star team!!! Any of our appliances issues, once reported, is solved within the next business day. If you are looking for a spacious apartment with great services, this neighborhood offers one of the best prices in this area."

"I have been living here for a while now and have had a very pleasant experience. The maintenance team here has been much more efficient and kind than the last place I lived it. Cele and Carlos have been my favorite people to meet since living here! They always have such a positive attitude and so helpful whenever there is an issue. They come quickly and fix whatever needs to be fixed within the same day! They remember me by name and check in on me every time i see them as well making living here feel more at home."
