"These people are running a rental scam! Please save yourself time and money. My application has been pending for 5 months. It literally felt like I was begging them to look over my application. Pam is rude and unprofessional. Why is someone that ghetto and bigoted in the office?? Poor judgement on the company’s behalf. I applied in November and could never get a straight answer. When I asked for a refund after months (February to be exact)of no answer, Pam made sure to pick up the phone and address me, stating they don’t give refunds. YALL DIDNT RUN MY APPLICATION. Leasing Agent Monty is also unprofessional. I don’t understand how you forget somebody calling you everyday… all and all, they take your money, do a mediocre job, then pop off like their jobs are secure. I have reached out to their corporate office with email and conversations. Argue with your bosses. See you in court!"
"I wouldn’t advise an animal to live here. Management has no compassion for what goes on. The property has no security, gates has not worked in over 3 years, rat infested, car break ins are an all time high, out dated appliances, staff rude, and the list goes on. Property not even worth one star. Corporate office never responded to issue I.e Tiffany Dye. Run so far away from this property!!!"
"This place seems to run a security deposit scam (several other reviews also say this). My move in date was supposed to be Sept 5th, and I was asked to pay $1K as a deposit, which I did. Sept 5th comes along and the place is still not ready due to maintenance, then sept 13th comes along and again, it's under maintenance. So I ask for a refund but they only recorded $500 as my deposit payment, almost as if the other $500 money order never happened. Willie was the one that asked me to pay in two money orders, but it looks like the others may be in on it, playing dumb on the second order. Who knows if the available unit even exists at this point!? Very very fishy stuff!! Speaking of fish, even fish wouldn't survive in their insanely disgusting pool. The bacteria and fungus will get to it before the chlorine. This thing is a damn biohazard If not outright fraudulent, they're extraordinarily sloppy. My accepted application actually indicated mid Aug as the move in but they dropped the ball on the application. Read the other reviews from actual tenants, this place sucks. Same price you can find better places. Consumers need to demand quality, otherwise a society will never improve."
"After reading reviews I find it hard to believe that after 3 plus years they still have not change anything not one good review. The exercise room is still terrible they do nothing about the bugs. they have residents with children on the second and third floor making noise all day and night. The leasing staff in the office are rude unprofessional, and don't care about anyone's concerns. They are never available in the office and they never answer the phone. People have multiple junk cars that never move they just take up parking for other residents. I would suggest not to ever move in here, the rent is too high for outdated appliances, bug, disgusting breeze ways, and terrible all around service!"
"Applied in June of this year after catching an alert that their rent price had dropped $500. I called and asked pretty basic questions about the property, did a virtual tour. Liked what I saw and applied the same day. The rental application is digital and would not let me upload any scans of my pay stubs, employment letter, nor my other information. It took two weeks in order for me to contact someone as their phone goes into an automated pick up and VM. I sent them my information nearly every week. They kept asking me to send my pay stubs, mind you I've sent them updated ones every week. The agent told me I had the price locked in and they had to honor it so I was okay as far as pricing went. I was relieved because the price went back up to $1700. I was later informed that there was a unit available it was smaller than I initially wanted but they would honor the pricing at the time of my application, and if I sent in all of my paperwork, I could move in ASAP. Didn't hear back from them for another two weeks. A second leasing agent contacted me asking for landlord information. I rent a basement apartment and sent my landlord the paperwork to fill out and he sent it in to the second leasing agent. I was contacted and told that once my land lord submits their paperwork, a decision would be made in about a week or so, but I don't normally hold people to that. He kept calling my landlord requesting the paperwork which he had sent in a week ago at this point. It was October by this time and I was frustrated. I started to even think that these people didn't have an apartment for that price at all. I think they stretched it out to discourage me but I kept checking in. I finally gave up and just went on about my life as this was one stressor I didn't need. A week went by and out of curiosity I checked my application status on the rental site and it said "DENIED". I threw my hands up as I was already over it and later that week I got an email notification that said the status of my application went from "DENIED" to "CANCELLED". Thank goodness my landlord didn't rent the unit I was already in to someone else because I would've been homeless and still looking messing around with these people. Total waste of time that lasted 4-5 months. Just look elsewhere."
