"Two weeks in and honestly it’s been great. These are the only apartments where I’ve actually meet and talked to my neighbors, gotten to know the staff that works there. "It’s pretty unfortunate to see fake reviews and entries by future residents who were likely pushed by the leasing office to give them a review. This place is terrible. I’ve been through 3 property managers within 9 months. The complaints you’ll see below in the reviews are factual. You should disregard any “positive” reviews you see in recent history. I don’t care to list and repeat what has been said in other reviews. I’m just happy I no longer live at this garbage of an apartment complex. If you’re reading this and actually want a respectable living situation, please look elsewhere. The 3.7 rating is very very inflated. From the poor management to the constant security issues to the cockroaches in the hallways, you will regret living here."

"Just wanted to give a shoutout to my awesome apartment complex, Radius West Midtown! My experience here has been like no other. The staff is seriously the best - always so friendly and helpful. They even throw the coolest events to bring the community together. Never had an apartment complex care so much about their residents! From fixing things quickly to hosting fun events, they make living here a real joy. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, definitely check them out!"

"What can I say?!?! We all know that apartment hunting can be overwhelming. The team here at Radius West Midtown made me feel so at ease! Starting with the property manager, Lydia Hendricks, who greeted me with amazing energy and passion for her job. I immediately thought, "if this is who's running the show I feel confident things will get done, and in the right way!" I was lucky enough to have her do my property tour. On top of the property being amazing (you must see the Sky Deck!), her customer service was on point! She made sure every question or concern I had was answered and addressed. Upon returning to the leasing office she introduced me to one of the leasing agents, Ian Pellom. And as I assumed, he was amazing as well. We went back over all of the options and he made sure I understood everything and was aware of all the options and specials available to me. Again, the vibes in this leasing office are amazing! For me, having a leasing office that I can trust and communicate well with is huge! The team here is truly unmatched. Needless to say I will be submitting an application!"

"I have lived here since about April. On the face, extremely nice and well appointed units. However, in just the last month, we've had an active shelter in place--wherein the community management didn't let anyone know it was safe to return home, fire alarms which blare until 4am (half dozenth time this has happened since move-in), septic issues (currently our dog park is barricaded due to the issue), overflowing trash which has been sitting in our guest parking area for over a week, and our access gate to our secure parking is broken and we cannot access our deck to park. Please see some photos of just some of these issues if you're interested. You are going to pay a lot of money to have an unacceptable number issues if you choose to lease here. Lots of "I'm sorry" emails from management, but no action. Buyer beware, stay away."
