"I am a tenant at Forrester Senior Village,I have enjoyed living here since 2015.It is very unfortunate that our community have acquired tenants that moved in “a Senior community and become upset because they failed to follow the rules concerning,family members living in their apartment for a year with 2 large dogs barking day and night”.This circumstance don’t make us nosy we moved to a Senior community for peace and quietness.As far as parking is concerned we have always tried to be courteous to our neighbors, by not parking in the space or allowing our family or guests to park where they usually park.Maybe this isn’t the place for tenants who still have adult children that need some where to stay “again this is a Senior Village.” This is a nice affordable place for Seniors to live and family to visit."

"My father lived at Forrester Village in Leesburg Ga, for several years before passing away in October 2020. He was due a refund for 10 days he didn't live there because of passing on the 21st day of the month as his rent was paid in advance. In addition to this he was due his refund on his deposit from when he moved in. Together they totaled approximately $500.00. My sister got with the onsite manager to get the company who handles the money (Fair Way Management) out of Atlanta GA. to issue a check for the said amount. The check however was not made out to my sister but was made out to my deceased father. My sister took the check and tried to cash it at her bank and they refused to do it since it was made out to my father. I have tried for several weeks now to reach out to Fair Way Management to make this right. The ladies who answer the phone say that Asia is the person who handles the check issuance and she will get in touch with me. Well after several calls over several weeks Asia has yet to contact me. I spoke again with the receptionist and told her that if I didn't hear from Asia by Wednesday, January 6, 2021, I would write a bad review on Google. Evidently Asia could careless about helping a grieving family get their father's deposit check back. A measly $500.00 for this multi-million dollar management company but would mean so much to a family in their time of loss to help with funeral expenses. Think long and hard about moving a senior loved one into this facility. Sadly it is managed by people who could care less about you and your family members in their time of greatest loss. . Fair Way Management(oh the irony)."
