"I first rented from Giovingo Properties in 2008 when they were Century 21 Town and Country realty until they sold the property I think in 2013. They ALWAYS give the best customer service, Mrs.Pat is the best, she will handle tenants needs as quickly as possible without any hassle, especially if you’re a good tenant. All of the staff at Giovingo Properties is pleasant and try to assist tenants as much as possible if Mrs. Pat is unavailable. I recently moved to Austell GA but if I ever move back to Albany GA, I will go to Giovingo Properties first. My mom just moved into one of their duplexes and they have handled all of her issues as I knew they would, which wasn’t many. Anyway if anyone thinking about renting from them, DO SO!"

"I would never rent from this company again and highly suggest others do not. I'm an active duty Marine Officer who rented from them for three years. I was early with my rent every month. In that time I cleaned weekly including three weeks of hard cleaning prior to moving. The property manager and I walked thru the home the day prior to my moving across the country and the only issue identified, that I was unable to attend to was carpet cleaning. I understood that that would be deducted from my $1,100 security deposit. Over three weeks later I received my security deposit for $600. They charged me $250 to mow the lawn (which was mowed 10-days prior to my departure and mowed by them 8 bbndays after that, go figure it needed mowing) and to cut hedges, $125 to clean the home due to COVID-19 which I left better than I found it, and $125 for the carpet cleaning. Rent at your own risk. A dishonest and disingenuous staff."
