"Stopped by to check out what was available and requirements. There have nice apartments available and Ms. Dinetha was very helpful. Will definitely keep them at the top of my list!!"

"Probably one of the worst living experience I've ever had. Blood stain on wall when I moved in (see photo). Constant water outages, even boil water notices. Upstairs neighbor regularly stomps around so loudly they repeatedly woke me up in the middle of the night. Some stranger tapped on my bedroom window at 2 AM waking me up. Dish washer leaks (see photo). Stove top has a burner that doesn't work. A.C. closet is randomly making strange tapping sounds in the pipes at 11pm. There are no storage cabinets in the bathroom--had to buy shelves to store anything in the bathroom (see photo). Strange insects (centipedes) infest the apartment when it rains (see photo). Poor water drainage in parking lots--must jump over puddles in the parking lot when it rains. If you want to park close to your apartment be prepared to park in a puddle so when you get out of your car you will step in a puddle and get wet muddy shoes and socks. Intermittent WiFi outages in this area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE. I'M ALSO WARNING ALL POSSIBLE TENANTS TO LOOK FOR AN APARTMENT AT ANOTHER LOCATION WITH BETTER SOUND PROOFING AGAINST STOMPING UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS...WHO LIKE TO DRIBBLE BOWLING BALLS ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT...NOISE IS SO BAD I ACTUALLY CALLED THE POLICE..."

"I haven't been at Springlake for very long, but Dinetha has been very helpful with my lease and various questions, and Jeorge has responded quickly and does a great job on the occasions when I've needed maintenance. The complex itself has been quiet and feels very safe so far, and I love watching the geese and herons on the lake."

"Miss Dinetha and Mr. Jeorge did such an AMAZING job at getting our lease ready as well as the apartment ready. Jeorge worked very hard to make the needed repairs to our apartment in a very short time frame. Dientha kept constant communication with both my husband and I during the pre-lease stage, I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received.
