"I'm truly in disbelief of the LACK OF professionalism and respect management shows future residents. Their manager Dee is incredibly RUDE, COMBATIVE, and DISRESPECTFUL. I was in the process of moving to these apartments and had all my paperwork in order and money ready to move in but the manager is so EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I decided NOT TO MOVE THERE . I truly dodged a bullet can not image having to deal with management like that; in all honesty I wish I could give 0 stars but Google makes you give atleast one."

"I didn't have the opportunity to move in because of the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the manager Dee. She acts as if she owns the apartments and serves as the gate keeper as to who gets to stay there. In actuality, it is not left up to her but her rudeness and "want to be professional" made me change my mind about moving out there. I will not be questioned about what I can and can not afford when my credit score and salary far exceeded the requirements. I was approved for an apartment. I'm glad I did not move there because no one will belittle me when it comes to anything I do or want. Dee could benefit from customer service and professional development training. I can tell she is use to talking down and handling certain people. Such a bad experience because of Dee."

"Seems like a good place to rent with remarkable ammenities. Does have income limitations so some will make too much but look into it. One HUGE caveat. There is a railroad that goes past the apartments. While you will learn to live with the noise the bigger problem is the train will stop, blocking the only entrance and exit to the apartments. If you're in a hurry, running late, or god forbid someone is hurt, the apartment is on fire, or some other emergency, you are screwed as you have no way to get in or out of the complex."
