"This is the most horrible housing complex I have ever worked at. Upper management knows about fraud & does not care at all about the tenants and wants no security for the complex which is why it's the hang out spot of Havana for selling drugs and shootings. Certain managers think it's fun to hang out and talk all day with all of the people who don't even live there. Definitely choose somewhere else to live!"
