"This place is a joke. 3 bd is 1100.00 a month and after so called "fees" it's 1200.00 and the ONLY way to pay rent is online and they charge a 80.00 "convince" fee. How is that legal? And with all the rent that's being paid my friends dishwasher has not worked since she moved in. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!"
"I have recently moved into Pine Glen and it's nice and quiet no one bothers you. My neighbors are friendly without being clinging. Monica is the property manager she is awsome. Monica is respectful and she doesn't beat around the bush she tells you straight, there were a few problems with the home and when I let Monica know she had those problems fixed in a few hours. I will admit though the rent is to me expensive for the bare minimum but it is a roof and I'm appreciative."
"Property looks good and was very clean. Monica came to meet me on her day off to show me a couple properties. Very happy with her commitment to get things done."
"I’ve been here for almost five months now, and my time here has been great and comfortable. When I first got here the place was just now coming together due to the horrible tornado, but now it’s clean and organizes Ms.Monica have truly made her commitment to this community and been making sure that things are being taken care of and nothing being over look. she has a big heart and always happy to assist you with no issue hands down the best landlord I have ever came across that’s why I had to leave a review because her work need to be acknowledged and I really appreciate her"
"The rent they charge here isn’t even worth the issues you’ll have. You would think living in a heavily wooded area there would be pest control … WRONG. That comes out of your own pocket, the ants in the summer are ridiculous the smallest thing will make them come out. I’m a very clean person so when I say small I mean if you have an alcohol bottle or simply put a bowl of UNOPENED candy out for decor … BAD IDEA. I had a new born when I first moved here and newborns spit up all the time even if I cleaned it they were always on my baby’s stuff. Don’t even get me started about the water …. It’s well water , I’ve never had experience with well water and NEVER AGAIN and I’d honestly rather be somewhere with CONSISTENT working water. It’s so inconvenient. If it rains too heavy, storms, wind blow too hard.. no water, and it comes out brown. Randomly you won’t be able to take a shower, or flush your toilet, or do the dishes. Now let’s get to the issue of why we’re moving out When we moved in they tried to hide the mold in the back room by painting over it but of course with rain over time it just gets worse and worse,. I can’t tell you how many times “maintenance” has come to look at it and literally that’s all they did was look and leave. The mold got so bad the ceiling has now caved in :) it’s been that way for almost a week now, ask me have they come ….. now the mold has started on the ceiling in the living room. So we’re moving ASAP."
