"Mr. Dunson is by far the sweetest man ever! Unfortunately, his properties give him a bad name when it comes to renting in Waterford! My house was broken into and when I called to get my glass fixed, Brenda told me it would not be fixed! The neighbors are ALWAYS in your business! They sit outside montoring as if they are the neighborhood patrol but the minute something happens, no one knows anything. My house was/is roach and spider infested! There was/is a water leak from the hot water heater that was said to be fixed but definitely was NOT fixed. They want you to pay $900 for renting but they slack on keeping the properties maintained! THE NEIGHBORHOOD ITS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND IF YOU HAVE SMALL KIDS WATERFORD IS NOT THE PLACE TO RAISE THEM!"
