"Lived here in a 2bd2ba from 2020-2021, the gym, pool, and location are the best in Dothan. There was a great group of people who met at the pool every Friday/ Saturday night where we just had fun, play games, and allowed my 2 year old daughter at the time play and have fun. Great communication from the management team and never had any issues that weren’t resolved quickly."

"Nice apartment, staff are prompt and polite. Very unhappy current tenant ! The pool is littered with less than lady like women in thongs , not ladies in bikinis but , thongs , , the apartment beneath me has FIVE 18 year old teens living on their own . Noise , yelling , climbing the fence. And with 4 and five teens plus friends the parking is awful , very uncomfortable being at cabana and pool with the over whelming consequences of under age drinking ! To many teens living on their own here , rent someplace else if you are a working professional."

"If you are an incoming ACOM student or a current student looking for a new place to live, you really should put in an application for Magnolia! The front office staff is amazing and very accommodating. The facilities crew addresses work orders extremely quick. The grounds are always clean and the amenities are awesome! It's proximity to the grocery store and other shopping outlets is a great perk (and extremely clutch when you have exams coming up)! It's also a very peaceful area so you will be able to study at home without any major distractions. I couldn't recommend Magnolia enough to any ACOM student!"

"We love it here at Magnolia! Not only do the apartments look amazing and are in great condition, the staff is wonderful! They’re always available to assist in such an amazing manner. Maintenance team is also super fast when it comes to work orders. They all hold a very active and personable presence. You can tell they really care about their tenants! Definitely the best apartment complex in Dothan!!"
