Orchard Pointe Apartments

"It is with great regret that I must report that the apartments in question are, regrettably, infested with roaches. Additionally, a litany of other issues plague the premises, with the exception of asbestos. The cabinets have suffered water damage, and the wiring is subpar, as evidenced by the central air/heating tripping the breaker. The fire alarms, I must report, have a tendency to sound without provocation, which may prove problematic for those with sensitive hearing. The plumbing is equally problematic, with toilets that do not function properly and a risk of flooding when used simultaneously with neighboring units. I myself have experienced a most unfortunate incident in which the shower arm and flange separated from the wall, allowing a wasp to enter and attack me while I was showering. The exterior of the building is also in a state of disrepair, with trash and food debris littering the grounds. The pond outside has become a landfill, which is most unfortunate. It is my professional opinion that the company responsible for these apartments is taking advantage of low-income families and individuals with disabilities. I strongly advise against renting from this establishment."
