"I like their rooms a little nicer than the economy hotels. Their public areas were better than basic. Employees were effective and polite. The hub is a step above. Good mid range hotel. Not bad on the price. Weekly rates are available and have been reduced since I last checked . But they were high then . They're in line with the rest mid level hotels or better now. I miss the restaurant and bar. Not sure what they got going on with that. It's hard to keep a bar open Marianna. But there's a Hardee's across the hwy. And three more fast food within a block or two, a long with a Chinese restaurant and my favorite, the fried chicken at the old greens gas station. It doesn't look old and isn't called Greens by anyone but old locals, so you'll have to ask another I am not sure of the name right now. But the chicken is good."

"I booked my stay for 2 days and they were waiting on my arrival. The staff checked me in quickly and gave me a key, they was very friendly, accomodating, and professional. They quickly respond to your cocerns which i really appreciated, and my room was spacious and cleaned. In this economy the price was reasonable and for a lot of people it will be affordable. I understand its under new ownership and they are doing things to improve the property with new renovations so that their guest will have a pleasant stay. Keep up your good work, and continue to make those changes it will pay off with lots of bookings."

"I had a excellent experience with the front desk clerk. She went above and beyond to help me pay for the room over the phone. I give this place a five star review and I do not do that lightly. The room was clean, the people were nice, and the service was excellent."

"I have stayed at the for business over the last three years. It is an older hotel, but the management team does a great job in maintaining the property. The grounds are well kept and the property is quiet at night."

"The staff is very kind. We went to several hotels this week. The 1st was disgusting so we left and went to another that was amazing. As of yesterday we needed to be able to bring our dog so we came to the Resedence hub. As I stated the staff is nice and when we came to view the rooms they showed us one that was acceptable At check in we were assigned room 113. We immediately realized that all rooms here are not the same. Our curtains are torn and tattered, the air vent in the bathroom was last cleaned in 1994 and is full of dust and lint, hinges in bathroom are rusty, the bathroom door is falling apart, the remote does bot work from the bed, you name it it needs attention. But the staff is friendly. Also they have dry cereal an 4 cinnamon rolls if you are hungry at 7AM. Various furniture is broken. Nowhere to plug things in and half the outlets available don't work. The staff is nice and the fridge does stay cold, so cold that someone else's chap stick is frozen to the inside of the freezer."
