"Went to visit a friend and her floors are falling in and water was running continuously. She said she reported it months ago and nothing has been done. I could step through the floor with a little pressure. Any of the units with low foundation areas and an ac unit on the front probably have an issue."

"Nothing ever got fixed! They are being sued as we speak for lying about credit building. Bug problem, stray cats problem, person in office is rarely there. Monica is okay but other person has some issues. After moving out and giving notice because nothing got fixed they charged me like 3 months worth of rent. Slow process but lawyer is almost done and I will be rewarded handsomely! This place is one of the worst in Macon."
"Property is full of stray cats. People wander the complex day in and out. Monica is nice and helpful. However, I would not recommend moving here for a first apartment. Yes they are affordable but the complex isn’t worth the headache."
