"If I could give this place a negative 5 I would! The manager and the owner are crooks. Took them to the magistrate court but got an unfair hearing due to THE FACT that the judge and the owner are buddies. The lease I signed was unlawful and I didn't realize it until it was too late. The manager tried to get me to pay for months I didn't owe and lied on the affidavit about me owing for a month I proved I didn't owe for but the judge threw it out. The apartment complex has gotten alot of loud music like it's party city, it's hazardous,at the 800 block the support beam above the front steps is shot, the landscaping sucks(they don't trim the bushes at all, even in front of the steps which brought snakes),the fence around the property is in extremely poor condition (its really moldy on it for God sake), theres suspicious activity involving drugs,despite the new signs warning folks parking in spots that don't belong to them they still do it and they drive like it's the Atlanta Speedway around there; SOON TO BE NO AMENITIES . From what I've heard the pool cost too much maintenance so it will be done away with. I WISH a State health inspector and State Building inspector would personally asses this place! RUN!!! Know that in Georgia the security deposit is refundable and any complex that says otherwise are crooks and the lease would be termed void as it is a breach of contract. Study the landlord tenant laws before signing a lease. Georgia's is 44-7-1 - 44-7-59. There are also laws set out by the EPA and The Federal Housing Agency. Read the 'Georgia Landlord Tenant Handbook'. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS"
