"The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and nice. Even gave me a goodie bag for being a choice member. Customer service was absolutely outstanding. The rooms were very clean just outdated. All I can say is I would stay again just needs a good renovation."
"Sometimes you get what you pay for. Cheap and in my opinion DIRTY, NASTY, FALLING APART. I cannot believe Choice Hotels doesn't do periodic reviews of all of it's branded hotels. My wife turned on the light switch as she opened the front door. There were cockroaches running across the tiled portion of the floor. Ugh! There was a dead one laying on the entry floor. Ugh-ugh! We were given the opportunity to have another room on a higher floor. After checking for bugs in the closet and drawers, we found this room bug-free (or so we thought.) We did stay the night with no further incidence. Our options were limited because we had pets. We were told they spray offending rooms once a month. They forgot one room, obviously. I was told that when a room is reported as having roaches, they schedule the room for a spray... The staff (Melody) was very apologetic and accommodating which was appreciated."
"Rented a room for a four day hunting trip. Will never stay in this place again. The four days I was here the room never got cleaned. There was Multiple roachs in the bathroom.We were given towels on. Every time you go to the service desk no one is there. At one point I’ll waited 15 minutes at the service desk and no one showed. Two different occasions I went and asked for towels they told me the towels were not clean, and I could not have any. The best advice I can give you is find someplace else to stay."
"I found trash under the side of my bed. Hotels give "free amenities," but it's definitely included in the price, however, the pool room was dirty, jacuzzi wouldn't get home and the gym machines were broken. Then the rain came and the ceiling began leaking and falling down. The staff were very nice at this place. The breakfast was actually the best part with a large selection of cereal, waffles, etc. I think the owners could invest some time and care in the building the way it seems they've trained their hospitable staff."
